How does CRO matching work?
You describe your study through a guided AI intake. InnoEco structures it into an assay profile and ranks vetted CROs by how well they fit your assay, timeline, and budget. You decide who to engage.
Who is InnoEco for?
Life-science research teams — both industry and academic — looking for CRO services, and CROs who want to be discovered by relevant sponsors and manage engagements in one place.
How are payments handled?
Client funds are held in escrow by InnoBioTech and released to the CRO once the engagement is confirmed. Online payments are processed through verified providers (Stripe, PayPal); we do not store raw card details.
Is my data secure?
Access is role-based, sessions are signed and server-validated, and every workflow change is recorded in an audit trail. See our Security page for details; SOC 2 and a GDPR DPA are in progress or available on request.
How do CROs join?
CROs complete a structured onboarding — company profile plus an assay capability catalog — which our team reviews before the CRO becomes discoverable for matching.
